Michelle M. Mulvena, Esq.

Michelle M. Mulvena focuses her practice in the areas of estate, tax, Medicaid, and special needs planning, guardianships/conservatorships, probate and trust administration, fiduciary services, and probate and trust controversies.  She works with elders, disabled individuals, and their families, to help mature clients and those with special needs retain their independence and dignity.  Attorney Mulvena serves as Trustee and Personal Representative, when needed, and serves as a resource to family members serving in these roles.  She also strives to resolve probate and trust controversies out of court, whenever possible.

Additionally, Attorney Mulvena has significant experience representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, incorporation of businesses, and succession planning for family-owned businesses.  She frequently lectures on estate planning issues, Medicaid, and probate and trust administration.

Lauren Keane Dowley, Esq.

Lauren Keane Dowley, Of counsel to the Firm, focuses her practice on asset protection, estate, tax, Community and Long-Term Care Masshealth/Medicaid, and special needs planning, guardianships/conservatorships, probate and trust administration, fiduciary services, and Masshealth controversies.  Attorney Dowley, often, assists multiple generations of families transfer wealth. She ensures that all relevant planning options are considered and that client needs are consistently met with compassionate legal perspective.

Through her practice, Attorney Dowley works with clients to establish the proper plans to protect their assets from estate taxes, creditors, and long-term care costs.  Attorney Dowley is willing to serve as the appointed fiduciary for clients or to advise family members who are serving in these complex roles.  She, frequently, lectures on estate planning issues, Medicaid, probate and trust administration.

Eileen M. Curtin, Esq.

Eileen M. Curtin focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning and asset protection, probate and trust administration, special needs planning,  guardianships/conservatorships, and Medicaid planning.  Attorney Curtin works with clients and their families to determine planning options that will suit their individual and/or family’s needs.

Attorney Curtin has presented on estate planning and asset protection, Medicaid planning, and guardianship/conservatorship issues.   Prior to practicing law, she worked in the public sector, on the business side, and gained an interest in elder law while volunteering at a senior services agency.
